Thinking about investing in a Downtown Bellevue condo? Well, you are in luck. I just created the top 5 condos to invest in – Downtown Bellevue.
Bellevue sits right across the lake from Seattle. In the last 10 years, Bellevue has grown dramatically and it has recently been one of the most expensive neighborhoods in all of Seattle. The condo scene when compared to Seattle is still in its infancy. With that said, there are amazing condo options and new high-rise buildings on the horizon. Until those arrive, I thought this list of 5 condos project to invest in, would be useful for you. All of the condo projects on this list are worth looking at. Especially if you are not willing to wait for the next new construction cycle (2019-2024)
BELLEVUE TOWERS
Located at the corner for 106th Ave and NE 4th Street,
Bellevue Towers is a fantastic Bellevue condo option. They were completed in 2007, but don’t let that fool you. The Towers are in great condition despite the 11 year age of the building. Towering above Downtown Bellevue, Bellevue Towers have every amenity you could think of, and the project was LEED Certified.
PROS: Amazing amenities, spacious floors plans, great restaurants on the ground floor.
CONS: No rooftop deck
LINCOLN TOWER
Lincoln Tower is truly one of Bellevue’s best condo projects. It is one of Bellevue’s only
condo/hotels. The residences start on the 21st floor and go all the way up to a collection of
luxury penthouse units on floor 41. The Tower shares great amenities with the 303 unit Westin Hotel. There is a gym, sun deck, spa and concierge. One of the best perks of this Bellevue high-rise is the access to the Bellevue Collection. The Bellevue Collection is a world-renowned, master planned in-city retail experience. It has world class retail and fantastic restaurants. All of these facilities are connected via sky-bridge walkways. True Urban Living.
PROS: Good amenities, fantastic walk-ability
CONS: Floor plans are linear, less variety than most other buildings
ONE88
One88 is Bellevue’s newest condo project. Slated for delivery in 2020, this might be the most highly anticipated condo project in the entire Seattle area. The Developer, Bosa Development is well known for quality projects that include thoughtful community space, exceptional interiors and spacious floor plans.

Washington Square was a highly anticipated 2 tower project located in the heart of Downtown Bellevue. Despite its early struggles during the Great Recession, Washington Square found its footing and is a very popular project for Bellevue Residents. There are a number of floor plans to choose from, including ground floor townhomes that suit buyers looking to slowly transition into urban living.
PROS: Good location, nice views, affordable price points
CONS: Some have complained about the interior finishes, lots of tenants and investors
ONE MAIN STREET
One Main, a project completed in 2010 that is located in Bellevue’s historic retail district “Old Main”.
Old Main is known for its collection of retail and excellent dining options. When One Main Condominiums, burst onto the scene, it was really well received due to its approachable 10 story, mid-rise construction. There are only 52 units and many of them feature Main Street views. Some units look over Bellevue’s
Meydenbauer Bay.
