Remember Washington Square?
It was the highly publicized Bellevue (across the water from Seattle) condo project that was completed during the heart of the recession. The two-tower project offers 377 units. It is an interesting story – it has been 7 years since it was completed and the developer is still looking for buyers. According to our sources, there are still 34 units currently marketed online by the developer/owner. That includes 12 penthouse units – see those here.
There are 49 condos in the building currently on the market. If you remove the units at Washington Square, Downtown Bellevue has just 31 units for sale – Washington Square totals 61% of the available inventory.
So what are they selling for? They range from a 1 bedroom listed at $499,000 to a penthouse listed for nearly $2,000,000.
