Well, that was fast. Major League Baseball’s Tim Lincecum just put his luxury 3 bedroom condo on the market at Escala.
You may recall us covering the story when he purchased the unit back in 2010. In hindsight it looks like he made a great investment. The 2x Cy Young winner and University of Washington grad paid $1,649,000 for the 28th floor condo. Now listed at $2,495,000. Not a bad return huh?
