Seattle Sounder’s star forward Fredy Montero is renting his condo at One Main Street in Bellevue.
Montero, who is currently on loan to the Columbian Millonarios FC bought the unit for $414,000 back in December of 2011. The asking price is $2,200 per month for 885 square feet. To be honest, at $2.50 per foot it’s a great value.
Main Street is one of the more popular locations in Downtown Bellevue.
