The DJC is reporting that Touchstone Corp is working on a new 37 story project featuring underground parking, 5,000 square feet of retail and 372 residential units (located at Boren and Stewart). As you can see in our map above, this project will now add to the nearly 6,000 residential units currently under development or in-planning over the next 2 years(Downtown Seattle). According to the DSA, there are now currently 13,000 condos and 32,000 apartments in Downtown Seattle.
Is it just us, or is anyone else thinking about an over-supply of apartments?
