Pioneer Square hasn’t had much love from us these days, so I thought I would post this uber-chic loft that just hit the market. It was on last year, for $525,000, but its being re-introduced at a new price – $510,000. It has a super cool interior with exposed brick/steel, an island kitchen with gas, and beam ceilings.
