The development team at One88 has released some new details for their condo tower currently under construction. We attended the first exclusive event earlier this month to preview the sales center and to learn more about the new condo project just outside of Seattle. Here are a look at some of the interiors and amenities.

To keep this post brief , I’ve shared my thoughts and analysis in a video on our Youtube Channel. You can view it here, or by clicking below. If you haven’t subscribed to our channel yet, we would love to have you – hit subscribe!
According to the developer, the sales center had over 1,300 people view the project over the weekend. They unveiled a 3-D architectural model of the tower and visual displays that highlight detailed information about the architect, the interior design and the floor plans. You can view a collection of floors plans here.
The amenities list was also revealed. Much like other Vancouver developers, Bosa will offer a very extensive list of amenities. Here is a break down on the rich amenity list:
Some other important details to share will be the approach to their sales process. The exact date has not been announced yet and this is because the developer is getting very key information in regards to demand. A new construction project needs to evaluate the interest level and momentum prior to establishing the best and most effective way to release the units. What I do know is this:

The Developer and the sales staff want buyers and brokers to accomplish these three things prior to getting a purchase appointment:

1. Choose the residence of interest (pick your floor, unit size and exact floor plan)
2. Review all public offering and legal documents
3. Attend the private sales appointment

How the priority will work. According to a recent email from One88, this is how the priority will work:

First, individuals who purchased directly from Bosa in past Bosa Development projects and have submitted their CIP & CPP forms. Second, clients of Brokers/Realtors who represented 3+ purchasers at Insignia and have submitted CIP & CPP forms.

Individuals who have submitted CIP & CPP forms.
Priority within the Loyalist and VIP Groups will be set first by individuals who submit a completed CIP & CPP by 5pm PST on February 13, 2018. These individuals will be part of a random draw that will establish their priority to select within their group(s).
Second will be individuals who submit a completed CIP & CPP after 5pm PST on February 13, 2018. These individuals’ priority will be set by the date/time of receipt of the CIP & CPP.
All CIP & CPP forms are to be submitted together by email to
Individuals who do not participate in our Private Sale can purchase during our Public Opening which is planned for March 10th.
Have questions? Don’t be afraid to ask. This is my 15th year in real estate. 12 of those years have been exclusively in condos. I know how to hand select each unit to help you make a great purchase decision. Just need some no-obligation advice? No problem, all you have to do is ask – use my personal email
