I hope you guys enjoy. This video was designed to give you a deep dive on Seattle’s hottest new condo project. Recently on a trip to Vancouver B.C., I met the development team, the founder of Westbank and spent time touring some of their newest condo projects. This trip inspired me to share more about the First Light development and my opinion of the 49 story tower. I explain my thoughts on the location, the developer and the future of the Seattle condo market.
