The lawsuit at Mosler Lofts has been officially released as of Friday, June 7th. We already told you about the settlement, but the dismissal is super important. It is great news for owners and buyers alike. Owners that have been anxious to sell now have an official document (see below) that they can provide to prospective buyers. This is crucial because lenders need documentation certifying the release in order to approve buyers for financing.
This is a significant milestone in the effort of rebuilding the project's image and community. For buyers, I would encourage you to look at the project again. The settlement was big, and now you have an opportunity to finance the 2007 built project.
