Our team just listed this SUPER cool 30th floor unit at Nexus in Downtown Seattle. Unit 3005 is a 2 bedroom, 1.75 bath with killer views of Lake Union, the Downtown Skyline, Space Needle, the Olympic Mountains and more.
I’m super excited about the photos. I worked with one of my favorite photographers in the city to shoot at Dusk. There is such an advantage to shooting photos in optimal light. You’ll notice how the exterior and interior shots pop versus shooting on an over-exposed sunny day. We also had a cool surprise during the shoot as well.
If you look closely at the photos below, you’ll notice the tribute to the Black Lives Matter movement in the back-ground. The Hyatt in Seattle lit up BLM in bold by turning on select lighting in the hotel. You can see it on the white/grey exterior facade. My photographer and I were pumped to share such a cool moment with all of you. You’ll notice on previous Instagram posts that as a company we don’t condone discrimination on any level. I will cherish these photos for a long time. #BLM
