After receiving a few reader requests for Enso pricing, I thought I would provide the following update:

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Enso is nearing 100 sales. Thus far, they have closed 98 units, with 4 units pending.
- They have 102 units SOLD as of yesterday.
- That leaves 32 homes left available for sale; 134 units total.
- Enso sold 6 condos in the last 60 days. (my clients bought one of them #unit 1305).
- Many of the closed sales have been at or close to list price.
PRICING:
- Home 608, which is a 1 bedroom/studio is priced at $305,000
- 1 bedrooms range from $370,000 – $465,000
- 2 bedrooms range from $660,000 – $800,000
- Penthouse homes range from $980,000 – $1.395M
