I had a showing yesterday at the Parc in Belltown and could help but notice on my way out of downtown how far along with the new development site next Bellora is. The building under construction is Joseph Arnold Lofts or “The Joe”. You might recognize the developer, The Schuster Group, from their last project Mosler Lofts. They have chronicled their construction process on their Facebook page.
Joseph Arnold Lofts will be a 12 story building featuring 132 lofts. Their goal is to deliver a “Green” and luxurious living environment for lease. From the 5th floor up the units will feature views of Elliott Bay and the Olympics. The building will also offer a rooftop deck and condo-style amenities.
