
Another project is coming to the Denny Triangle.
Clise Properties and Graphite Design Group presented plans last night to the Seattle Design Review Board. The plans include 2 twin towers with 686 residential units, 21,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 185,000 sq. ft. of office space (parking 860 vehicles).
The three design options are very different and it will be interesting to see what the developer and the city end up going with. The options include (The Cubist), (The Angle) and (The Grid). It is too early to determine if they will be Seattle’s next condo project – in this market it is best to assume apartment first, then condo.

We find the most fascinating option to be The Cubist:

The design would add some architectural variance to the city’s skyline and may create some interesting view corridors with the number of abstract angles.
